Q: Where does the on-chain data come from?

A: The on-chain data is collected through nodes operated directly by Xangle and is loaded into our own data center.

Q: Can I see private chain data as well?

A: We can integrate and display it onto Xangle ERP if you provide the data.

Q: Can I also see the internal transaction data?

A: We plan to support internal transaction data in the future.

Q: Is it okay if internal transaction data isn’t loaded?

A: It should not pose a problem in most cases, and it does not affect your balance inquiries.

Q: Can off-chain data be integrated as well?

A: In case it is not possible for us to directly access the data, we can look into how we could incorporate it into Xangle ERP if you provide it to us.

Price Data

Q: Where does the crypto asset price data come from?

A: All our price data is sourced from CoinMarketCap.

Q: Do you support price data other than CoinMarketCap?

A: Currently, we only support CoinMarketCap price data. We can explore supporting price data other than CoinMarketCap based on demand.

Q: What is the basis for applying price data?

A: Real-time price data is updated every 5 minutes, and daily closing prices are applied to historical price data.

Q: Do you support price bases other than daily closing prices?

A: We are currently contemplating various bases.

Q: What exchange rates do you support?

A: We support a total of 5 currencies, including the United States dollar (USD), Korean Won (KRW), European Euro (EUR), Japanese Yen (JPY), and Singapore Dollar(SGD).

Q: Where does the exchange rate data come from?

A: The exchange rate data is sourced from CurrencyFreaks API service.

Q: What is the basis for applying exchange rate data?

A: Daily closing rates are applied to the exchange rate data.

Data Integrity

Q: Can auditors trust Xangle ERP?

A: We are currently in discussions with one of the “Big 4” accounting firms for SOC certification. Until this certification is complete, we will undergo pre-data integrity verification and make efforts to reduce the burden on auditors.
