Q: Which blockchain do you support?

A: Currently, we’re supporting Ethereum, Polygon, Klaytn, and WEMIX blockchain. The order of next blockchains that will be added is currently undecided, and the decision will be based on the the survey of demand. If you need additional blockchain support, please contact erp@crossangle.io.

Q: The token I want to manage the circulating supply of is not available.

A: Please provide the token name and token contract address via Contact Us menu or email us at , and we will support your requested token.

Q: Don't we need a separate verification process for circulating supply?

A: The scheduled supply is entered by the client, and Xangle does not verify or validate the information entered in Xangle ERP. However, we offer a verification service for circulating supply through Xangle Live Watch.

Q: Do you also support multi-chain data?

A: Yes, we support up to three tokens which all support multichain. (This varies via list of chains Xangle's currently supporting)

Q: I want to track token activities in Liquidity Pools or DEX. Can I also see this data?

A: We plan to provide this feature when we support DeFi dashboard in the future.

Q: Is Xangle ERP the same as Xangle Live Watch service?

A: No. Xangle ERP concentrates on tokenomics management while LiveWatch includes additional PR package. In the near future, LiveWatch will be provided in the from of an add-on to the Xangle ERP's Tokenomics module.
