Overview

My Profile Settings is under Profile.

Change User Name

  1. Edit user name and click Save to save changes.

Change Password

  1. Click Change Password.

  1. Enter your email address and click Reset Password.

  1. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

The link is only available for an hour.

  1. Follow the link to reset password.

Delete Account

  1. Click Delete Account.

  1. Choose the reason you want to delete your account and click Next.

  1. Click Confirm.

After your account is deleted, all data associated with your account will be deleted and will not be recoverable.

The manager account cannot be deleted. If you wish to delete a manager account, you must first switch it to a member account. For more information, refer to the .
