A: Currently, we’re supporting Ethereum, Polygon, Klaytn, and WEMIX blockchain. The order of next blockchains that will be added is currently undecided, and the decision will be based on the the survey of demand. If you need additional blockchain support, please contact erp@crossangle.io.
Q: From which point are you providing the transaction data?
A: We provide transaction data from the first block. However, the number of transactions that can be queried may vary by subscription plan.
Q: The token I want to check for balance and transaction history is not available.
A: Please provide the token name and token contract address via Contact Us menu or email us at , and we will support your requested token.
Q: I can't see my transaction history.
A: You can click Filter button and change the date range to view past transaction history. If the transaction history is still not visible after changing the date range, please contact us via Contact Us menu or email us at .

A: You can register wallets separately by purpose or separate corporate accounts to use the service accordingly.
