Dashboard Settings

The Team/Private dashboard has the following default settings features

Dashboard settings

  1. Ability to edit the dashboard name: Edit the dashboard.

  2. Bulk set duration feature: Use this feature to change the duration settings for all charts in a dashboard at once.

  3. Delete Dashboard feature: Delete a dashboard.

  4. Switch edit mode function: Switch to the screen mode to create/edit charts.

  5. Create Tab: Create a new tab.

You can create up to 10 tabs.

  1. Edit tab name: Edit the tab name.

  1. Delete tabs function: Delete selected tabs.

If only one tab exists, you can't delete it.

Switching editing modes

To create/edit charts and make layout changes, you need to switch to chart editing mode.

Edit mode is only visible to users with edit permissions.

  1. Team Dashboard edit permission users: Manager, Editor

  2. Private Dashboard editing permissions: Manager, Editor, Viewer

Edit Mode Features

  1. Bulk set duration feature: Use this feature to change the duration setting for all charts in a dashboard at once.

  2. Switch edit mode: Switch from viewing the dashboard to creating/editing charts.

  3. Edit Tab Name: Edit the tab name.

  4. Add existing chart: Add a chart that is already created within the dashboard.

  5. Create new chart: Create a new chart utilizing metrics.

Create New Charts
When you finish creating the dashboard, an empty dashboard is exposed.
Click the [+] button to create a tab.
Click the button on the right to display the Edit Tab Name modal.
Press the View Mode button in the top right to switch to edit mode.
When you switch to edit mode, you can create and edit charts.
