Add Data

Here's how to add data to create a data dashboard in the Xangle Provided menu.

Add Data

The Add data feature is only visible to users with Manager permissions.

Add data modal

Press the New Data [Add] button to expose the Add Data modal. In the appropriate area, enter the data information you wish to add.

To view the data dashboard, you must add data in advance.

Chains, Tokens, and NFTs all require the selection of a Data Type and Chain Type.

1. Data Type: Select the type of Chain/Token/NFT.

2. Chain Type: Select the mainnet type.

If you want to enter data in the form of tokens or NFTs, you'll need to provide additional input for the following items.

1. Contract Address: Enter a unique address for the token or NFT.

2. Data Label: Write an arbitrary value that the user names for the data, usually the name of the token or NFT.

If Data Type is selected as Chain, select and enter: 1. Chain Type

If Data Type is selected as Token or NFT, select and input elements: 1. Chain Type 2. Contract Address 3. Data Label

Data loading process

When you press the Add button in the modal, the modal closes and the process of adding and loading data begins.

The name of the data you added to the left menu is exposed along with the loading process icon.

The loading process, which is the process of loading data, is divided into five states

Preparing	Preparing to load data
Processing	Loading data
Complete	Finished loading data
Failed	Failed to load data

If the data load fails, you can reload the data, or cancel the data load.

The icon that is exposed when data loading fails.

Data loading fails in the following cases

• The data loading time has been exceeded (TIME_OUT).

• Invalid data address is entered

• If you set the data type incorrectly, etc.

When the data load is successfully completed, the load icon disappears and the data dashboard is exposed when you click the data name.
