Wallets

Import and manage your wallets.

Overview

  1. View your wallets by service.

  2. Import your wallets.

  3. See the total balance, number of networks, and number of wallets.

  4. Search your wallets.

  5. Sort your wallets.

  6. Apply filters.

  7. Delete your wallets.

  8. View the status of your wallet.

Status
Description

Pending

Data requested

Preparing

Preparing data loading

Processing

Data is being loaded

Complete

Data loading completed

  1. See detailed information for each wallet - name, address, balance, chain, assets, service, and import date.

Import Wallet

You can import your wallets by uploading a file or entering the details manually.

Upload a File

Fill out the template and upload the file.

  1. Click Import Wallet(s).

  1. Click Download Template to download the Excel template sheet.

  1. Click Upload File to upload the filled-out Excel file. The list of your registered wallets will automatically be uploaded in bulk.

  1. Click Wallet Validate to validate your wallets.

Refer to the table below for possible causes of failure.

Error message
Description

Invalid Wallet Address

In case the wallet address is not entered or the address is incorrect.

The wallet address already exists

In case there is already a registered wallet with the same address, or there are identical wallet addresses among the wallets you are registering.

  1. Click Import to complete the wallet registration process.

  1. When the registration is complete, the wallet data will start to load.

The wallet loading statuses are as follows:

Preparing

Preparing data loading

Processing

Data is being loaded

Complete

Data loading completed

Enter Details Manually

You can also register your wallet by manually filling out your wallet information.

  1. Click Import Wallet(s).

  1. Click Add Account.

  1. Enter wallet information and click +.

  1. Click Wallet Validate to validate your wallets.

Refer to the table below for possible causes of failure.

Error message
Description

Invalid Wallet Address

In case the wallet address is not entered or the address is incorrect.

Wallet Detail Page

If you click on a wallet from your list of wallets, you can view detailed information for each wallet.

  1. Edit wallet name.

  2. Delete wallet.

  3. View wallet information.

  4. Choose the date to see your asset history of the chosen date.

  5. View asset information.
